Conference Venue
The conference will be held in the Park Inn Hotel in Solna next to Stockholm in Sweden. Solna is to the north-west of Stockholm and with public transport you can be in Solna in nine minutes leaving from the centre of Stockholm. The address and contact details of the hotel are given under "Hotel Accommodation" below.  You can view a map on Google Maps.
 
Conference Language
The conference language is English.

Registration
Registration is available online. Please follow this link to register. Please note that there is a nominal registration fee of US$85 payable by all participants. This fee has been set at a level that permits the ICPSC to recover its costs in hiring the conference room and providing refreshment breaks and lunch. The registration fee can be paid online once the registration form has been completed. Please follow the instructions provided on our registration page.   

Making a presentation
The opportunity exists for a limited number of interested parties to make a short presentation to the assembled regulators during the open session after lunch. Please follow this link to express your interest to make a presentation.

Of course with the centre of Stockholm only nine minutes away by public transport participants can also stay there. More information about staying in Stockholm can be found on the Visit Stockholm web-site.

Travel to and from Solna, Stockholm
Solna is nine minutes from the centre of Stockholm by public transport. The blue line of the metro system, or Tunelbana (T-Bana), leaves from T-Centralen, the central metro station next door to the railway station. Trains on the T11 line in the direction of Akalla stop at Solna Centrum. More information can be found at the Stockholm Public Transport web-site. The main airport in Stockholm is at Arlanda (ARN) 36km to the north of the city. There is a high speed train however that brings you to Stockholm in just 20 minutes. More information can be found on the Arlanda Express web-site. The train arrives at the central stations. Follow the signs for T-Centralen to take the metro to Solna.
  
Visa
No visa is required when travelling to Sweden from Schengen countries. A list of countries whose citizens require a visa to visit Sweden can be found at http://www.sweden.gov.se/visa
