Registration has been extended as we have been able to secure a larger meeting room at the venue to meet the demand. Places are still limited so hurry!
Registration
Registration is available online. Follow the there easy steps outlined below.
Step One : fill in our PDF application form. You should be able to fill in the form from within the programme you use to view PDF files. If not, print the form out and fill it in by hand.
Step Two : submit your form either by clicking on the submit button which will open your e-mail programme and sending the e-mail that is generated, or by manually saving the PDF file and e-mailing to info@icpsc.org or by printing the completed form and faxing to +1-(480) 393-5601
Step Three : pay the registration fee by clicking on this link below to go to our web store where you can pay with your credit card or your PayPal account. Click here to pay your registration fee.
